It can be the size you want. You have 1 Home Page and 5 Sections
(1 section per button). You can have 1 single page or up to

Yes, you can edit as many times as you want.
When you buy a presentation, you get 3 credits.
When you are ready to publish a new version (or a new presentation),

If you can move and click on your mouse, you can create your
presentation. No need to learn anything new, our high-tech website

Yes. All your content is stored in our database by clicking on the "save" button. You can access your projects anytime using your username/password.

Yes. While creating your presentation, you will have the opportunity
to upload your own files (logo, photos, artwork, etc). PROSPEKTORTM
will take JPEG (JPG) files and make them available for you as

I am having problems uploading my own images, what can I do? |

For best results check the following settings:
- For Internet Explorer users: Click on TOOLS / INTERNET
OPTIONS. On the General Tab, click on SETTINGS and make
sure that the option in " Check for newer versions of stored
pages:" is set to "Every visit to the Page". Click OK
- Images must be in JPG format (a.k.a. JPEG)
- Make sure the size of your images complies with the required
size of the template you are using
- Due to bandwidth limitations, we recommend uploading 5
or less images at a time

The upload process of my own images expects a
specific size for the template I am using. How can I re-size
my images? |

Use your preferred Image editing software. A popular one is MS Photoeditor (bundled with versions of MS Word and Powerpoint) or try one of many shareware products available on download sites (zdnet.com, cnet.com, etc.).

Will depend on the length of your content, but usually takes
from 30 minutes to an hour. Most of our customers simply "copy

You can edit your presentation as many times as you want

It is entirely up to you. It will depend mainly on the length
of the presentation and perhaps if you needed extra time for

presentation, you can save it (copy) on a blank CD Business
card on your own. All you need is a CD Writer drive (burner)

I recently purchased my presentation and blank CD Business Cards. How can I get it started automatically when my client enters the CD into the CD tray? |

Create an autorun file:
1. Open Notepad application (or any text editor) and type:
[autorun]
open=intro.exe
2. Replace 'intro.exe' with the file name of your presentation
(.exe file). - Note that you can download your ".exe"
file from Prospektor website at no additional charge. Login
and select "download a previously published presentation"
from the Project Panel.
3. Save the text file with the name: autorun.inf
4. Burn your CD with the autorun.inf and project (.exe) file
in the root directory of the CD. When your clients put the
CD into the drive, it will automatically open your presentation.

Can CD Business Cards be used in any CD ROM drive? |

CD Business Cards can only be used in CD ROM drives with tray
(almost every CD drive in the market is a tray CD drive). CD
Business Card should NOT be inserted into Slot-CD drivers. |

Yes, the size of the file varies, but typically is a 2 to 3 Mb size, which is well below what most of the email providers allow.
Your Website comes in a virus-free and internet friendly format
(swf) that anybody can open using a standard browser (i.e. MS
Internet Explorer or Netscape). You may want to include the
following instructions when emailing to clients:
Save the file to your disk
Right-click the file, and click 'Open with'. If 'Open with'
is not an option, hold down the SHIFT key while right-clicking
the file
In the 'Open with' dialog box, select the program that you
want to use to open the file (Internet Explorer or Netscape)
Click OK

What is the length of a sales presentation? |

There is no set length. Keep in mind that you'll provide an
interactive presentation, so it can be as short or long as your
prospects want. They can selectively spend time reading through
the pages of their interest. There are 5 sections on your presentation; each section can be 1 to 6 pages long. |

What software does my client need to run my presentation
on his/her computer? |

A browser is all that your client needs. Netscape Navigator or Internet Explorer are available to download for free. Typically, either browser includes the FlashTM plug-in that is needed to view the Website.
