1. Presentation Structure
The multimedia presentation is initially set up based on the following structure. It allows for a minimum of 6 pages (Home + 5 single page Sections) and up to 31 pages according to the structure shown below. (see 3. Editing sections and sub-sections for more information)


2. Editing the Home Page
Name each section, select the background and audio for the entire presentation,
and an image for the home page. Close the editor to view changes.
Click on the Save button from time to time.

Note: This button allows you to start editing a project. It opens the editing panel.


3. Editing Sections and Sub-sections
Type or copy-paste content for each section and subsection (A, B, C….)
and select an image for this page. Check the box to "Set this page as the last in this section"
in case no more pages are required for this section.

4. Naming Sections
To name a section, click on the tab, click on the "Edit" button, then move the cursor into the grey box and replace the default text (section name). Click on "Done".

5. Selecting a Background
Click on the "Background" button. Click on the desired image
to select the background for the entire presentation. Click on "OK" to close the selector.

6. Selecting Audio
Click on “Audio” to display the Audio selector. Click on the desired
stereo sound track for the entire presentation. Click on "OK" to close the Audio selector.

7. Selecting an Image for Each Page
Click on “Select image” to display the image selector. Click on the desired image
for the current page. Browse the gallery using "Start", "Next" and "Back" buttons.
Click on OK to close the image selector.

8. Uploading Custom Images
Click on the “Upload” button (see above) to open the uploading window.
You can upload up to 10 images. Images must be in jpg (JPEG) format and size as indicated
on the header of the window in order to fit with the selected template.
Click on the browse buttons to select files from your PC. Click on "Upload image(s)".

9. System Requirements

System requirements:

  • Microsoft Windows 95,98,Millenium,NT, 2000 or XP, Mac
  • 133 Mhz Processor or above
  • 32 MB of RAM (64 MB recommended)
  • Internet Explorer 5.0 or later
  • Speakers
  • Flash Player TM plug-in. Typically both browsers: Netscape Navigator and Internet Explorer will include it. In case you need it, you can download for free:
